1st Shift Position (5AM-5PM) 12 hour rotating shift/weekend

$20.05 per hour, with the ability to earn more.

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Racker Helper on the Paint Line for our aluminum manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be an integral part of our production team, responsible for supporting the efficient and effective functioning of the paint line operations. The Racker Helper will assist in the preparation and application of coatings to aluminum products, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet our customer specifications. You will work closely with paint line operators and other production staff to handle materials, prepare surfaces, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to safety as you will be working with various chemicals and machinery. Your day-to-day activities will involve racking and unracking parts, assisting in the monitoring of paint application processes, and performing regular quality checks on coated products.
