In this critical role, you will support the painting process by relieving team members during their scheduled breaks, ensuring that production always runs smoothly and efficiently. What You Will Be Responsible For
- Relieve team members during scheduled breaks, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to production.
- Monitor the manufacturing process to identify any potential issues and report them to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company safety and environmental standards.
- Assist with basic machinery operation as required, ensuring all tasks comply with safety protocols.
- Perform quality checks on aluminum products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
- Support production leaders in executing daily manufacturing schedules and targets.
- Engage in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of aluminum manufacturing processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
- Previous experience in an industrial setting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- Ability to operate basic machinery and tools associated with the painting processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks associated with production work.
- Must pass company background check and drug screen.
