Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Paint and Stain Assistant Manager to support and help lead our finishing department in the Denver Metro area. This full-time role plays a critical part in ensuring our finishing projects—including interior and exterior painting, staining, and final craftsmanship—are completed efficiently, safely, and to Lifetime’s exacting standards. Responsibilities
•Department Oversight: Support the Paint and Stain Manager in leading the finishing department and managing team schedules.
•Project Assessment: Visit every job requiring finishing to assess scope, required materials, timeline, and labor needs.
•Scheduling: Build and update the finishers’ weekly schedule in MarketSharp (CRM) by Friday for the following week.
•Customer Communication: Schedule and explain the painting/staining process to homeowners, and log all communications in the CRM system.
•CRM Documentation: Accurately track start/end times, tasks completed, and job notes in MarketSharp.
•On-Site Execution: Perform high-quality staining and painting on job sites; provide additional services such as drywall or woodwork when needed.
•Field Work: Conduct site walkthroughs, collect payments, and communicate with Project Managers to align with project expectations and timelines.
•Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues quickly on job sites related to windows, siding, roofing, and interior/exterior finishes.
•Customer Service: Deliver a best-in-class experience using Lifetime’s “Red Carpet” procedures and uphold our reputation for exceptional craftsmanship.
•Jobsite Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean workspace, follow all safety protocols, and ensure surfaces are properly protected during work.
Qualifications
•Experience: Minimum 3+ years in painting, staining, or finishing-related trades; management experience preferred.
•Leadership Skills: Ability to guide a team and represent Lifetime professionally on job sites and with homeowners.
•Technical Skills: Familiarity with painting tools, stain application, ladders, and CRM systems (MarketSharp experience is a plus).
•Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
•Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 40 lbs), climb ladders, work on roofs, and stand for extended periods.
•Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required (company vehicle may be provided).
