P3 Pretreatment Information Management System (PIMS) Analyst

Schedule is M-F 0630-1500; occasional after hours and weekend work required for system maintenance.

Brief Description

Under broad guidance, the PIMS Analyst is responsible for maintenance of four applications of Pretreatment Information Management Systems (PIMS) and supports associated integrations. Serves as primary contact for HRSD Environmental Reporting System (HERS) Help Desk and sole backup to PIMS Administrator. Core member of PIMS project team who provides technical and analytical guidance. Evaluates and identifies requirements for P3 program needs, employee productivity and process improvement. Troubleshoots software and hardware related issues or errors for internal and external PIMS users. Performs quality assurance and quality control for all P3 program data. Documents workflows and develops training materials. Develops and executes test plans; ensures project deliverables adhere to quality standards. Designs reports and creates queries using SQL code based on unique needs and customer requirements.
