Outside Sales Representative/Hourly Sales

Demolition Specialist, Inc. is looking for a hourly sales person. We are a saw cutting, breaking and hauling company.

The following duties and responsibilities will be.

- Making cold calls to establish new relationships with new prospects.

- Learn to estimate jobs.

- Sales call log report.

- Develop and grow existing relationships with current and previous customers.

- Interface with office staff to schedule work.

Job requirements.

- The ability to influence and persuade sales to be able to close the sale.

- Posses excellent verbal and written skills (English).

- Computer experience in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record to be able to drive company vehicle.

- Need to be able to pass illegal substance pre-employment screening and random screening.

- Minimum 3 years of construction experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
