Hadco Metal Trading is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for our Charlotte, North Carolina territory.
Role & Responsibilities:
•
Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales.
•
Develop and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts.
•
Work closely with inside sales and purchasing to ensure quotes, material, and deliveries meet customer needs.
•
Maintain current knowledge of industry trends to identify opportunities for company growth.
•
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries.
Requirements: Minimum Requirements:
•
Minimum 2 years outside sales experience.
•
Possess impeccable communication skills, as well as organizational and time management skills.
•
Possess a strong professional work ethic.
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•
Willingness and ability to learn about the metals industry.
•
High level of self-motivation and awareness.
•
Ability to handle objections and provide alternatives in the sales process.
•
Valid and clean driver’s license.
