Key Responsibilities
•Utilize door-to-door canvassing to identify potential clients in need of our exterior services.
•Effectively schedule complimentary inspections and consultations based on your experience.
•Conduct proactive outreach through networking and referrals to create business opportunities.
•Assess the unique needs of each client to recommend customized solutions.
•Highlight the benefits of exterior upgrades, including financing options and long-term savings.
•Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring a smooth process from initial engagement to project completion.
•Collaborate with the Production Team to deliver excellent customer service and follow up on client satisfaction.
•Actively participate in local events to promote His and Hers Construction and strengthen community connections.
•Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners.
•Keep accurate records of door-to-door activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.
•Monitor your performance and strive to meet or exceed individual sales targets.
