Job Purpose:
As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact when seeting up roof inspectinos for clients and play a crucial role in securing future contracts. Your mission is to introduce Gator to our clients and to analyze if they need our assistance for their roofing needs at the begining of the sales process.
Responsibilities:
•Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with potential customers by visiting residential areas and explaining the benefits of our roofing services.
•Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our sales team with homeowners interested in learning more about our services.
•Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through door-to-door interactions and follow up on potential customer interest.
•Territory Management: Plan and manage daily routes to maximize coverage and reach the highest number of potential customers.
•Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately record customer information, appointment details, and any other relevant data into our CRM system.
•Market Feedback: Gather feedback from potential customers and share insights with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
•Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of leads and share best practices for effective customer engagement.

Work Schedule:
•4-8 hours a day dedicated to lead generation.
•Approximately 2 hour of office work weekly.
Selling Point: While this role primarily involves door-to-door sales, the potential to network and build referral relationships can quickly transform an average income into a six-figure one.
