I am a Master Sweep, in the old English tradition and have swept well over 40,000 chimneys! Our philosophy is that your chimney is part of your house. If the chimney goes, so goes the house. About this Position
Our company is looking for clever, competent salespeople to call and schedule clients for annual chimney safety inspections. The appointment scheduler makes outbound calls to new and past clients and fills out appropriate paperwork when a client is scheduled.
Qualifications/ Expectations
· Strong customer service skills (required)
· Sales experience
· Outbound calling experience
· Cold calling experience
· Telemarketing experience
· Ability to talk to others confidently over the phone (required)
Responsibilities
•Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
•Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
•Utilize telemarketing techniques to promote products and services effectively.
•Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and achieve targets.
•Engage in warm calling to nurture existing relationships and drive sales.
