As an Outbound Sales Associate, you’ll play a vital role in driving our mission forward by:

- Engaging Prospective Clients: Initiate outbound calls using company-provided leads to educate customers about solar energy and schedule qualified appointments.

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of outbound or cold-calling experience.

- Communication Skills: Enthusiastic, confident, and persuasive on the phone.
