As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will be a key player on a high-energy team responsible for keeping our customers informed, supported, and excited to continue doing business with us. You will handle critical outbound communications, from rescheduling service calls to proactively scheduling yearly service agreement visits—ensuring every customer interaction reflects the high standards we are known for across our brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

+ Following up with customers who have shown interest but haven’t yet booked a service call + Reaching out to schedule annual maintenance for customers with service agreements + Handling customer objections with confidence and professionalism—you're the voice of reassurance and value + Using tools like auto dialers, ServiceTitan, and Hatch to maximize outreach and impact + Maintaining detailed call records and customer notes in ServiceTitan to ensure seamless service across departments
