JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for efficiently pulling parts, making ERP transfers, operating a tow motor, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring the warehouse is organized and clean. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Accurately pull product and parts based on customer orders or inventory requirements.
•Utilize the ERP system to process inventory transfers, ensuring accurate stock levels and product locations are updated in real time.
•Safely operate a tow motor (forklift) to transport products and materials throughout the warehouse.
•Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring items are properly handled and safely stored.
•Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring all products are stored in their correct locations.
•Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies, shortages, or damage to the appropriate team members.
•Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
•Previous warehouse experience preferred, including order pulling, inventory management, and tow motor operation.
•Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to [specify weight, e.g., 50 lbs]) throughout the day.
•Must have or be willing to obtain forklift (tow motor) certification.
•Experience using an ERP system or similar inventory management software is a plus.
•Strong focus on accuracy and ensuring that the correct items are pulled and transferred.
•Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
•Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to following all guidelines.
