Position Summary

As an Order Entry Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders. You’ll work closely with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to maintain smooth operations and uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately enter customer orders into the ERP system (QuickBooks)

- Verify product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines

- Communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, or issues

- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or delays

- Maintain organized records of orders and related documentation

- Assist with invoicing and follow-up as needed

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

- 1+ years of experience in order entry, customer service, or administrative support (PVF or industrial distribution experience a plus)

- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
