The Role

As an Order Coordinator, you will:

•

Manage Orders & Quotes: Enter and process orders/quotes efficiently through our cloud based computer system—verifying materials, quantities, pricing, and schedules.

•

Systems & Workflows: Navigate internal systems and follow outlined processes to keep things moving smoothly.

•

Software Utilization: Learn to review customer measurements and drawings using our in-house design software—no CAD background needed.

•

Client Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries (phone, email, and in person), providing product knowledge and solutions.

•

Cross-Functional Communication: Coordinate with Outside Sales, Warehouse/Purchasing, Fabrication, Accounting, and Management to resolve issues and give updates.

•

Quality Control & Improvement: Double-check specifications, flag discrepancies, and suggest process enhancements.

Qualifications

•

Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years in customer-facing roles or equivalent training.

•

Customer Service: Proven success in fast-paced, client-oriented environments. Countertop/interior-finishes experience is a plus.

•

Technical Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

•
