Oracle ERP Technical Support Analyst

About This Job

Key Responsibilities:

•

Provide technical support for Oracle ERP systems, focusing on P2P and O2C processes.

•

Map business requirements to Oracle EBS functionalities.

•

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Oracle ERP modules.

•

Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support.

•

Perform testing and troubleshooting to resolve system issues.

•

Work with third party vendors and internal team members to support oracle EBS applications/database during new implementations, functionality enhancements, application updates, and performance issues

•

Provide oracle user training for new and current users on need and ongoing basis and system administration support for all oracle application users.

•

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems.

•

Document and maintain system configurations and procedures to support change management procedures.

•

Stay updated with the latest Oracle ERP developments and best practices.

•

Follow IT Policy and procedures and maintain KSOX audit compliance. Support internal and external audits related to IT application controls and IT general controls by providing reports and supporting documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

•

Proven experience with Oracle ERP applications, particularly P2P and O2C processes.

•

Strong understanding of finance modules within Oracle EBS.

•

Experience with auditing procedures

•

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

•

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•

Experience in user training and support.

•

Knowledge of system testing and troubleshooting.

•

Must have hands-on experience on Oracle EBS R12 in Oracle EBS applications implementation and production support environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

•

Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required) or equivalent job experience in a related field.

•

Oracle ERP certifications or related credentials.

•

Experience working in accounting and financial system automation.

•

Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to ERP data management.
