Key Responsibilities
•Participate in planning, design, and testing of the Oracle EPM implementation.
•Define Oracle EMP roles and responsibilities.
•Analyze potential SoD risks for the project.
•Generate and analyze SoD assessment and determine mitigating SOX controls to minimize SoD risks.
•Work with IT development team to ensure new roles and responsibilities are included in the SoD tool (an in-house developed application).
•Document SOX controls and process narratives for financial reporting, consolidations, and planning.
Skills Required
•CPA or CISA certification preferred.
•Knowledge of Segregation of Duties and the relation to risk and internal controls.
•Prior participation in Oracle EPM implementations.
•Knowledge of oil and gas business terminology is preferred.
•Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paces, team-oriented environment with flexibility to work hours needed to meet critical reporting and project deadlines.
•Must be extremely reliable.
•Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Education/Training/Certifications
•A bachelor’s degree in accounting or MIS is required..
