The position will be in-office for the first six months, then will allow for a hybrid schedule after that time.

Brief Description

Under broad guidance, the Oracle ERP Developer is responsible for analysis, design, configuration and implementation of functionality for HRSD’s Oracle E-Business Suite and associated applications to support the organization’s day-to-day operations. Specific duties include analysis, troubleshooting, maintenance and development of functionality containing highly complex programming procedures for Oracle E-Business suite.

Education

Required

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline or a combination of education, experience, and or certification(s) that provide the necessary technical competencies to perform in this position.

- Education equivalency equals two years of directly related professional experience for every year of education not completed. The stated experience is in addition to any experience used to meet the education equivalency.

Experience

- Minimum of five years as a programmer with at least two years concurrent demonstrable experience programming with Oracle E-Business Suite and one year as lead programmer with oversight responsibilities.

- Must possess a detailed understanding of financial systems software and database support best-practice policy and procedures.

Licenses and Certifications Requirements

Required

- Valid Driver’s license from a state of residence

Desired

- One of the following Oracle Certifications: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Application Integration Professional, Oracle Certified Associate – Java Developer, Oracle Certified Professional - Java Application Developer
