Job Summery

If you are an INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! You will have the responsibility to Support the Order Management applications delivery solutions in a global environment. This role can be based at any Copeland India location.

You will support business users in Oracle CPQ/ EBS Application Suite R12.2.4. You will be adept will continually work with key business users to maintain, enhance, and augment the core capabilities of the Oracle CPQ and Order Management Application. You will be responsible for working enhancements, governance, general support, and break-fix in the Oracle Order booking and shipping area. You will collaborate with internal IT as well as the business users to rectify Oracle functional issues and spec out requirements pertaining to business-requested enhancements.
