Our company is expanding operations at our Thermal Oil (SAGD) thermal oil facility in Alberta. We are currently recruiting
Operators at various levels, including all classes of Power Engineers, to support safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations.

- Depending on level of experience and certification, responsibilities may include:
- Operating and monitoring SAGD process equipment (boilers, water treatment, steam generation, separation, and utilities).
- Performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and adjustments to ensure safe and reliable operations.
- Supporting start-up, shut-down, and emergency response activities.
- Completing field rounds, data logging, and maintaining accurate shift records.
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures, OH&S regulations, and AER directives.
- Mentoring junior operators and contributing to a strong safety culture (senior roles)..
- Minimum requirement: 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate (Alberta).
- Preferred: 3rd Class or higher Power Engineering Certificate.
- Candidates currently working toward 4th Class certification may also be considered for entry-level Operator roles.
- Entry-Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience; willing to train motivated candidates with aptitude and a strong safety mindset.
- Intermediate (3rd or 4th Class): 2–7 years of experience in SAGD, upstream oil & gas, or industrial operations.
- Senior (2nd Class or higher): 7+ years of SAGD or heavy oil facility experience, with demonstrated leadership in operations.- Strong commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
- Knowledge of SAGD processes, water treatment, boilers, and separation equipment considered an asset.
- Ability to work shift schedules in a field environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet site access requirements.
