We are hiring for a Liquid Pump Gatherer at our Bonanza, UT Operation. The Liquid Pump Operator will safely and successfully rig-up, operate and rig down equipment necessary to transfers water for oilfield and industrial use to include the use of pumps, hoses, and heavy equipment.

- Rig-up and rig-down water transferring systems including pumps, meters and hoses
- Inspect, maintain and operate transfer equipment, booster pumps and water meters
- Input data into designated computer/terminal, complete paperwork as needed
- Identify problems that may arise and work as a team toward a solution that meets a customer's specific needs
- Interface in person and via telephone and radio professionally with customer and develop a trusting relationship continually
- General Maintenance of transfer equipment("bolt on bolt off")
- Assist with cleaning, housekeeping and snow removal as necessary
- Work safely in an independent environment by following procedures, identifying hazards, encouraging safe behavior and lead by example
- Must have a sound understanding or aptitude to learn the transloading of liquid hazardous materials
- Basic computer skills: data entry, email, review reports
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Must pass a pre-employment physical, reference checks, drug screen, motor-vehicle report and criminal background check
- Must be able to attend and pass all test associated with job related coursework. This includes, but it not limited to: OSHA, Safeland, FirstAid, etc.
- Able to reliably fulfill a set rotational schedule (days, nights, 24/7/365); days off will vary with operational needs
- Effectively communicate both verbally and in written form
- CDL w/HazMat preferred, but not required
- Mechanically inclined. Any experience with maintaining mechanical systems strongly preferred (hydraulic, pressure systems, troubleshooting, etc.)
- A sound understanding, or aptitude to learn, piping systems and pumps used in water movement
- Experience operating, or aptitude to learn, heavy equipment
- Sees cleanliness as a priority
- Creates and maintains strong relationships with coworkers, customers and land owners including good interpersonal skills, professionalism and customer service
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the oil field or other industrial environment preferred
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions: extreme wind, rain, snow, cold, heat, etc.
- Comfortable working from heights over 15 feet
- Able to stand on their feet for long periods of time, up to 4-hours
- Must be able to handle large hand tools and lift 50 lbs
