Operator

Overview:

We are currently seeking a Non-Rotational Operator to join our operations team in Delhi, Louisiana. This role supports field operations and general oilfield maintenance tasks. While prior experience is not required, a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with general oilfield site support and maintenance

- Perform light equipment operation and manual labor as needed

- Support fluid transfers, site clean-up, and other routine operational tasks

- Safely operate hand tools and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

- Work alongside field operators and technicians to ensure efficient site operations

- Report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues to supervisors promptly

Qualifications:

- Must reside within commuting distance of Delhi, LA (no relocation or housing provided)

- Valid driver's license with clean driving required.

- Physically able to perform labor-intensive work in varying outdoor conditions

- Strong teamwork, communication, and dependability

- Previous oilfield or industrial experience is a plus, but not required

- Willingness to learn and follow direction
