SUMMARY

Reporting the the Production Manager, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading production staff as assigned, overseeing our Welding function. This position will assign daily work goals, implement policies and procedures, and recommend ideas for improvements. This position will be responsible for holding production staff accountable for company and individual goals.

The hours for this position are Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:00pm. Overtime worked on Friday, based on business need.
