Our organization is currently seeking a positive, outgoing, team oriented individual to fill the position of Operations Supervisor. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Supervisor is appointed or recruited to oversee a group of workers, and to monitor and guide their results in delivering quality service to a client or department.
Job Duties:
•Dispatch- Coordinate equipment, employees, and maintenance by creating and maintaining effective and efficient communications and scheduling.
•attend all site orientation as well as ride-a-longs with Employees.
•monitor and review the scheduling of drivers and report back to the Tuc’s Operations Manager on improvements that may be needed.
•ensure the effective running of Tail Gate and Tool Box safety meetings. This position will require you to become familiar with policies and procedures such as pre- and post-trip inspections.
Skills/Experience
•Experience in truck transportation. water hauling or sewer services would be an asset.
•A minimum 5 Years supervisory or managerial experience is required, preferably gained in an equipment, Truck-Transport or related field. A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a definite advantage.

•Fluency in MS Office; Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook, or Outlook Express
