The Operations Supervisor provides oversight of operations and supervision of staff in assigned area of responsibility of plant operations, pipeline operations, and/or technical craft specialties, such as Mechanical, Measurement, or Instrument and Electrical (l&E). Ensures safe and reliable system operations through use of efficient processes and best practices. Also responsible for safety of all personnel in assigned area, compliance, preventative maintenance, computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) efforts, training and mentoring, budgeting, and forecasting, managing employee development, interacting with customers, and building producer/customer relations. This opportunity welcomes candidates who are open to working on a Monday-Friday work schedule offering a desirable work-life balance. This position supports the Southeast Texas region (with offices in Beaumont and Winnie, TX).

Midstream

The Phillips 66 Midstream business is a safe, reliable, and trusted provider for the movement, storage, gathering, and processing of liquid or gas energy via pipelines or terminals. We are an industry leader in logistics and operate or manage more than 70,000 miles of pipelines that transport crude oil from oil fields to refineries and finished products from refineries to storage terminals. We operate 39 terminals that supply finished products to consumer gas stations, as well as crude oil and NGL storage terminals and NGL fractionation facilities. Our capabilities include extensive natural gas gathering and processing operations, enhancing our wellhead-to-market strategy. We also provide the connectivity between the various Phillips 66 business units.
