Summary

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Sicora, Inc. This role is pivotal in overseeing daily operations, ensuring project efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives that align with our mission of excellence in home remodeling.

Responsibilities

•

Lead and manage 3 part time employees that are tasked with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, payroll, and human resource functions (company of 16 employees).

•

Lead and manage fiscal management (CFO) duties for the company (Quickbooks)

•

Learn and become proficient Buildertrend web-based operation system

•

Lead and manage business operations for the company including: insurance, subcontractor management, state licensing, building management, technology and fleet management.

•

Lead and mentor team members to foster a collaborative work environment.

•

Lead and run company and executive team meetings

•

Lead and drive completion of special projects as they arise

Requirements

•

Proven experience in business and/or operations management

•

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

•

Excellent strategic planning capabilities with a focus on operational excellence.

•

Demonstrated ability in process improvement methodologies.

•

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
