Operations Manager – The Maids International (Corporate Store)

The Maids International, the leading residential cleaning brand known for its proven systems and people-first culture, is seeking a dynamic and driven General Manager to lead the operations and growth of our corporate-owned location.
As the General Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service, developing strong teams, and driving operational excellence. What You’ll Do:
•Lead daily operations of the corporate location with a focus on growth, team development, and customer satisfaction
•Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of all field staff
•Train and coach teams on The Maids’ 22-Step Healthy Touch Deep Cleaning System
•Monitor and maintain service quality through regular field inspections and coaching
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolving concerns and ensuring satisfaction
•Conduct in-home consultations and service estimates for prospective clients
•Manage supply inventory, vehicle fleet, and equipment maintenance
•Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities and streamline operational performance
What You Bring:
•Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
•Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
•Business skills to coordinate people, processes, and resources effectively
•Comfort with technology and office tools for scheduling, reporting, and communication
•Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
•High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
•Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
•Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
