J Synergy Green, a leading energy efficiency company specializing in solar energy systems, spray foam insulation, and home performance upgrades, is seeking a highly organized and driven Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to ensuring the seamless execution of our projects, managing internal processes, and delivering exceptional service to our residential and commercial clients.

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including scheduling, logistics, permitting, team coordination, inventory management, and quality control. You will work closely with our sales, installation, and administrative teams to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
