Job Description Summary

The Ops Leader role here at GE Vernova is a supervisory role where you will manage and oversee a team within the Generator Manufacturing COE. You and your team will be responsible for achieving company set objectives around Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance from your leadership team.Job Description

Pay Transparency

The base pay range for this position is $81,700 - $109,200. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 10% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.

The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.*
