Klauer Manufacturing is expanding to Texas, and we are building a world-class team to lead the way. We are currently seeking an Operations Lead to support and supervise our daily activities at our new Tomball location. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader ready to roll up their sleeves, mentor a team, and help maintain smooth production and distribution processes—even when the Manager is offsite or unavailable.

Primary Responsibility:

The Operations Lead supports the Manufacturing/Distribution Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations, including leading production activities, mentoring team members, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role is highly hands-on, with the Operations Lead expected to work alongside the team while also serving as the on-shift supervisor when needed.

Physical demands for this job require standing walking, sitting, pushing, pulling, bending, and stooping. May work in a standing or seated position or alternate between the two as necessary. Strength rating for this job is M – Medium work – exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and /or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for light work.
