Position Overview:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Operations Intern to assist our operations department with day-to-day responsibilities, including interconnection paperwork, CRM updates, and other project coordination tasks. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or someone looking to gain experience in project management or renewable energy operations. No solar industry experience is required—we’re looking for someone smart, driven, and eager to learn.

This position offers the potential for advancement into a full-time or long-term operations role for the right candidate who demonstrates initiative, reliability, and strong performance.
