Operations Coordinator
Project Responsibilities: The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day to day management of the project from a facility support perspective. He will ensure that there is a line of communication between the onshore operational support personnel and their equipment and material needs. Duties relative to the project will include but not limited to;
•Ensure that all equipment that is dispatched offshore meets both the client’s and Weatherford’s expectation in regards to service quality.
•Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed correctly and uploaded into Weatherford’s document system.
•Ensure that the equipment is safe to transport from the facility to the platform.
•Ensure that all the equipment meets industry regulatory standards.
•Ensure that lessons learned / opportunities for improvements are captured, tracked using Weatherford’s Performance Tracking System, and implemented.
•Assist Operations Supervisor with tracking project expenses and revenue estimates.
•Ensure personnel time is inputted properly and is verified to be accurate.
•Ensure delivery tickets are complete and accurate for invoicing.
Requirements
•Minimum of 3-4 years of operational experience, complemented by 0-1 year of coordinator experience
•Proven business acumen in operations and administration
•Comprehensive knowledge of Weatherford's service equipment and business practices
•Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal
•Adept at employing diplomatic skills when engaging with company personnel and external customers
•Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Education
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Travel Requirement
This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to 10%.
Annual Compensation Range- 100,000- 115,000 USD/Year
