The Operations and Construction Admin supports the construction and service team through administrative, financial and logistical coordination. will be responsible to work with internal teams, vendors and city building departments.
In the role of Operations and Construction Admin, you will be integral to supporting the daily operations of our construction projects. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will utilize your core skills in clerical tasks, customer service, and organizational abilities to streamline administrative processes. Your premium skills in scheduling and office management will enhance efficiency, while your relevant skills in Microsoft Office and data entry will ensure accurate documentation. This position demands a proactive approach to multitasking and effective communication, contributing to the overall success of our operations team.
Responsibilities
•Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
•Manage office operations, including data entry and filing, to ensure efficient workflow.
•Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite for document preparation and communication.
•Support office management tasks, including calendar management and clerical duties.
•Assist in maintaining a professional front desk environment, handling multi-line phone systems as needed.
Qualifications
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
•Strong organizational and clerical skills
•Experience in customer service and administrative roles
•Familiarity with data entry and filing systems
•Excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system experience
