We are seeking an Operations Associate to join our team in Canada. This role is vital to ensuring smooth operations within our surveying projects and enhancing client satisfaction through effective communication and support. Responsibilities

- Assist in coordinating project activities and schedules.

- Support the operations team in managing project documentation.

- Facilitate communication between clients and project teams.

- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics.

- Help maintain compliance with industry regulations.

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

- Provide administrative support as needed.

- Assist in resolving client inquiries promptly.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Experience in project management or operations is an asset.

- Knowledge of the land surveying industry is a plus.
