- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Good communication skills
- Ability to read Legal Descriptions, Joint Operating Agreement and Title Opinions
- File and scan documents into Oil & Gas software.
- Review legal documents for validity (Assignment Bill of Sale, Mineral Deed, Final Decree, etc)
- Advise owners on required documents for transfer of interest.
- Set up and update owner information.
- Perform transfer in Oil & Gas Software and send out proper documents to new owners.
- Send documents to County Clerk for filing.
- Knowledge in Market Groups and Gas Balancing are recommended.
