Cool Air Rentals is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our incredible team in Edmonton! The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate effectively and analyze market trends to maximize sales opportunities.
As an Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing temporary HVAC opportunities throughout Edmonton. Your knowledgeable, customer-first approach to sales will increase Cool Air’s market presence, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
•Develop an annual territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
•Execute The Plan while prioritizing opportunities that drive market and customer growth.
•Prospect new opportunities and build a pipeline of customers.
•Possess deep market awareness by staying in touch with market trends and the competition.
•Maintain current knowledge related to our products, solutions and key industries.
•Create and maintain relationships at strategic levels with key customer accounts.
•Coordinate with our Inside Rental Specialists to prepare rental contracts.
•Provide support to the AR team for collections on Projects.
•Maintain accurate CRM records.
•Report on sales data and provide insights to leadership.
•Provide technical presentations to facilitate customer awareness of our solutions.
This role requires travel within the city and regional territory
Your Background:
You are a results-driven professional who excels both independently and in team environments. You act with integrity and never shy away from a challenge. Ideally, your background includes both technical and sales experience, allowing you to connect with all levels of an organization. You will be developing relationships with executives, contractors, technicians, engineers, and construction professionals. You are a consummate sales hunter, motivated by learning about organizations, educating customers, and providing impactful solutions to their temporary climate control problems.
What You Bring to the Table:
•Post-secondary education in Business/Marketing
•Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.
•A minimum of 3 years of outside solutions selling experience (within the HVAC industry is considered an asset).
•Strong organization and time management.
•Exceptional verbal and written communication.
•Self-starter and problem solver who acts with a high level of integrity.
•Demonstrated market development experience.
•Passionate about growth and continuous learning.
•Technologically savvy (Microsoft Office, CRMs, LinkedIn).
•Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
