Offtake Specialist

ICM Group are looking for a Joint Venture Offtake Specialist

to support global refining operations by managing offtake and sales agreements.

This role is key to maintaining strong partnerships, optimizing supply chains, and ensuring that all commercial agreements are followed properly.

You will be the main contact between joint venture refineries and internal teams, helping to streamline logistics, improve performance, and protect the company’s commercial interests.

Responsibilities:

Ensure full compliance with offtake and feedstock supply contracts.

Represent the company in discussions and negotiations.

Suggest operational improvements that benefit both commercial value and efficiency.

Coordinate day-to-day execution of product deliveries and lifting schedules.

Monitor refinery production, inventories, sales plans, and contract terms.

Collaborate closely with internal teams on logistics, imports, and demand changes.

Provide input for pricing strategies and domestic supply planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field. A postgraduate degree (e.g., MBA, Finance, Economics) is a plus.

5–10 years of relevant experience in the downstream oil & gas sector.

Deep knowledge of refinery operations, commercial contracts, and offtake management.

Skilled in negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Proven ability to manage complex commercial challenges and support operational excellence.
