Current and Valid offshore Survival (BOSIET / HUET)
Hold a TWIC - unexpired and valid for 12 months out
Blasting Experience
Be a USA citizen living within close proximity to our Deer Park, TX facility.

Summary/Objective
The Offshore Service Supervisor is responsible for safe and efficient operations at the Offshore location. Primarily focused and assisting the USA DeBusk equipment operations team, take part in all Onboard morning/evening meetings along with any safety meeting as scheduled by the Offshore operating company. Complete onboard permitting requirements and ensure all safety assessments have been completed daily. In addition, make morning calls to the USA DeBusk Operations manager based in the Deep Park Office or other location. Complete all daily report as required. Ensure overall safe operations.
Responsibilities
•Execute projects consistent with approved project objectives and assume accountability for overall HSE, cost, and schedule performance.
•Coach, mentor and document crew performance concerns and policy and procedure violations.
•Strong commitment to safety and successfully developed a strong safety culture.
•Follows all company policies, processes, and acts in a safe manner.
•Accountable for delivering projects on time.
•Plans and coordinates with the Operations Manager daily to ensure projects meet cost and customer expectations.
•Responsible for maintaining accurate tracking of materials, spare parts and reduces waste (e.g., material, time, equipment, etc.)
•Solid understanding of equipment utilization.
•Completes daily HSE reviews with team - call the operations manager every morning. Attend all onboard meetings as scheduled.
Qualifications
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•5+ years of experience in an Offshore Supervisor role.
•Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills required.
•Working knowledge of blasting equipment.
•Must have a current valid Offshore Survival & Medical.
•Demonstrate a high level of integrity and a positive attitude
•Must be computer literate to complete daily reporting requirement.
Physical Requirements
•Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
•Physically capable of standing and/or walking continuously for long periods of time if necessary and able to safely use ladder or fixed vertical walkways.
•Physically capable of climbing, balance, bend/stoop, and kneel continuously.
•Need to be confident with Helicopter and Ship transport.
•Capable of working in a controlled offshore environment.
Pay Range: $27 - $32 per hour
