Coordinate numerous minor projects from the point of scope development through implementation and commissioning. Coordination will include providing direction to a team responsible for design, analysis, feasibility studies, budget and schedule. Establish project goals, negotiate timelines/schedules, and develop project plans. Also, coordinate maintenance tasks at assigned field sites including all typical building trades and maintenance functions. Process work orders for those tasks. Coordinate with other facilities personnel on documenting processes. Coordinate with procurement personnel to develop contracts, purchase orders and work orders.
