We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. Duties
•Manage daily office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
•Oversee administrative tasks and maintaining organized records.
•Oversee all fleet management and vehicle maintenance
•Handle all violations from NYC as needed
•Administer insurance, loss runs, and workers compensation
•Manage office needs in addition to facility management.
•Coordinate office schedules, meetings, and appointments to optimize workflow.
•Train and supervise administrative staff, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
•Implement office management best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
•Work with outsourced IT to handle all of the office and field needs.
Skills
•Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
