Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As our Office OperationsBilling Manager, you will be right in the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth communication, efficient organization, and a friendly work atmosphere for our team. You will have the opportunity to streamline billing procedures, collaborate closely with the owner to drive success, and oversee the productivity of our administrative and inside sales teams.

Your warm and welcoming demeanor along with your leadership and administrative skills will contribute to our familial atmosphere and keep the office running like a well-oiled machine!

ALL YOU NEED FOR THIS ROLE:

Leadership and great organizational skills

One year of administrative management experience as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office would be a plus!
