Position Overview
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, coordinating administrative tasks, managing internal processes, and supporting the leadership team. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow. The ideal candidate will proactively identify ways to improve efficiency and contribute to the company’s long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
•Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
•Manage scheduling, calendars, and appointments for leadership and teams.
•Handle email correspondence, document organization, and company communications.
•Assist with HR functions, including onboarding, employee record management, and compliance tracking.
•Support billing, invoicing, and financial record-keeping in coordination with the accounting team.
•Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate office supply management.
•Identify opportunities to improve office processes, efficiency, and workflow automation.
•Assist in planning company meetings, team-building events, and training sessions.
•Implement and manage office technology systems and software to improve productivity.
•Work closely with leadership to take on new responsibilities and grow within the company.
Qualifications & Skills
•2+ years of office management, administrative, or operations experience preferred.
•Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a growth-oriented mindset.
•Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
•Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), CRM software, and office management tools.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions.
•Must be assertive and organized in their priorities.
•Experience with HR processes, payroll, or bookkeeping is a plus.
•Comfortable with technology and open to learning new software/tools.
•Ability to take initiative, think proactively, and contribute to company growth.
