As the Administrative Clerk Intern at Austin Powder part of your time is spent doing data entry, organization of electronic and hard copy files, collaboration across departments to facilitate communication and teamwork, answering phone calls and gathering data into spreadsheets. May be requested to perform light duty work assisting in other areas such as operations and warehousing such as pulling orders and restocking returns. In compliance with federal, state, local, and Austin Powder company guidelines, you maintain all location documentation. You create new vendor accounts, prepare vendor invoices for approval, and ensure that invoices are forwarded to the corporate office in a timely manner. No detail, no matter how small, gets by you without being checked, double-checked, and recorded in the right place.
