We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide office support and assist in daily office operations.
- Receive incoming calls from customers
- Take down details of the call and route accordingly to the right person.
- Find customer accounts in our software & pair with person on the phone
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Assist the office manager and service manager with calls to and from customers
- Filing of previous jobs and service tickets
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient with computers and our internal software program (We will train on the software)
- Prior experience in customer service or support is a plus
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Ability to provide a pleasant and positive experience for the customer over the phone,
