The company is the Canadian subsidiary of one of the leading mining companies in the world, which is headquartered in Asia and has a global presence with operating mines and projects in 5 continents. The company is looking for talented and self-motivated individuals to join its corporate development office in Toronto.
· Perform regular administrative duties for a small-sized office of a multinational mining company’s Toronto office;
· Provide clerical, logistics, and human resources support to other personnel in the office;
· Serve as a point of contact for external clients and other departments of the company;
· Also act as executive assistant to a senior executive of the company;
· The successful candidate may also be required to conduct some supporting research work on selective topics.
· 1-3 years of relevant experience and with a university degree/college diplomat or equivalent;
· Strong computer skills with advanced experience in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
· Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
· Good verbal and written communication skills with experience in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
