This entry level position is to answer phones, coordinate technicians’ schedules with the needs of new and existing customers while being a liaison between customers, technicians, and management.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
•Maintains excellent communication skills to aid in customer service, employee relations, and administrative duties
•Exceptional customer service
•Efficient completion of data entry and is computer savvy
•Experienced in Microsoft Office
•Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in an office setting
•Able to remain calm under pressure during hectic periods of business
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Strong attention to detail
A PLUS if you have office admin experience in the industry of electrical, plumbing or HVAC.
A PLUS if you have used Service Titan before.
