Office Administrator

Who We Are:

Northern Hawk Energy Ltd. (“Northern Hawk”) is a growing junior energy company based in Calgary. The company currently owns and operates a thermal heavy oil project near Kerrobert, SK. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team at our Kerrobert Thermal Plant.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office activities, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support across various departments, including Health and Safety, Operations and Finance.

· The position is full-time, Monday – Friday at the Kerrobert Thermal site.

· The position will report directly to the Kerrobert Thermal Field Superintendent.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform general office duties, including scheduling, file management, and administrative support.

· Maintain and track Health and Safety documentation, training records, and compliance data.

· Assist in maintaining the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work orders and equipment maintenance.

· Support financial processes such as invoice coding, expense reconciliation, accruals, and assisting with regulatory reporting and submissions.

· Coordinate contractor onboarding and ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

· Formal training is preferred: Administrative diploma, Business certificate, or similar education.

· Previous experience (2+ years) working in the oil and gas industry is preferred.

· Proficient in office management, time management, multitasking, and problem-solving.

· Strong communication abilities and a high degree of discretion, professionalism, and ethical standards.
