Responsibilities
•Act as the phone operator and front desk host
•Support the Human Resources department, as needed
•Work closely with management to support employee morale and the workplace environment.
•Print ESM certs when the Shipping team requests assistance.
•Keep in touch with production & safety managers regarding any new safety protocol.
•Recommend new approaches, policies, and programs for continuous improvements
•Process Mail received daily and send packing slips to Payables
•Receive vendor's supplies and check in PO into CMC
•Complete QT9 trainings when assigned and support as a QT9 Administrator with Scorecards, Employee files, & Supplier survey
•Support all sites with the procurement of office supplies
•Perform other related duties as assigned by the Quality Manager and Executive Management.

Requirements
•High school diploma or equivalent
•2+ years of relevant experience
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to multitask efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment
