Office Admin./Auto Parts Sales

JOB TITLE: Office Admin./Auto Parts Counter Sales Associate REPORTS TO: Facility Manager and Facility Supervisor JOB TYPE: Full-time, non-exempt LOCATION: 637 Tifft Street Buffalo, NY 14220 HOURS: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, Saturdays as needed. COMPENSATION: $18-20/HR, based on skills and experience.

The purpose of the Office Admin./Auto Parts Counter Sales Associate position is to respond to all customer inquiries regarding automotive used parts from walk-ins or phone calls. Record and track inquiries, to facilitate a successful sales process from start to finish. This person should develop a strong relationship with used car parts customers and junk vehicle sources. This position also plays a role in the purchasing of scrap vehicles. The Office Admin./ Auto Parts Counter Sales Associate will be expected to thoroughly inspect all purchased vehicles, outdoors and in the elements (checking under the hood, checking the vehicle interior, checking the vehicle VIN number, etc.)
