We are seeking a Nuclear Facility Equipment Operator to support the safe and efficient operation of our enrichment systems.
Working under the direction of the Shift Supervisor, you will monitor, control, and operate facility equipment while ensuring compliance with NRC regulations and internal procedures. This role is vital to maintaining plant performance and supporting operational milestones.

- Operate, monitor, and control UF6 enrichment equipment.
- Start and stop plant systems as required for operations.
- Monitor operating parameters and respond to alarms in compliance with facility procedures.
- Record and analyze operational data, supporting engineering and safety reviews.
- Perform administrative tasks including shift turnovers, logs, and reporting.
- Support NRC compliance and conduct-of-operations standards.
- Respond to facility transients and assist in mitigation efforts.
- Support equipment maintenance and commissioning activities.
- Participate in lockout/tagout procedures, corrective action programs, and procedure improvements.
- Actively engage in initial and continuing training to maintain station qualifications.
- Associate degree preferred, high school diploma required.
- 2+ years of relevant plant experience (nuclear power plant, Navy nuclear propulsion, or similar).- U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a DOE/NRC Q-Clearance (or active clearance preferred).
- Knowledge of nuclear plant systems and health physics procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot plant equipment and generate maintenance requests.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures with accuracy.
- Proficiency in technical documentation, log keeping, and data analysis.
- Willingness to work off-normal shifts and extended hours as needed.
- Prior experience as a nuclear operator or equivalent in a highly regulated environment.
- Demonstrated ability to apply human performance tools in daily operations.
- Experience supporting commissioning and system modifications in industrial facilities.
