THE ROLE:

– Knock doors in qualified neighborhoods

– Talk to homeowners about their high electric bills

– Offer a free consultation

– Set the appointment – our closers handle the rest

PAY STRUCTURE:

– $20/hour guaranteed

– $200 bonus for every appointment that results in a sale

– Daily incentives and cash contests

– Paid training

– Fast track to closer or team lead roles

REQUIREMENTS:

– Reliable transportation

– Positive attitude and strong work ethic

– Able to walk neighborhoods and talk to people face-to-face

– Available afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays
